Lesson for obtaining the
national diploma of Licence applied to the Higher Institute of the legal
studies of Gabès; in the specialities:

are distributed over six (6) successive
six-month periods whose five six-month periods are devoted to the
theoretical and practical lesson whereas the last six-month period is
devoted to the realization of the project of end of studies or to a
professional training course.
- the presence with the various forms of
lesson and training courses is obligatory. The methods of assessment of
assiduity and the sanctions which result from this are fixed by decision
of the president of the university.
- the mode of the studies for
obtaining Licence applied to the Higher Institute of the legal studies of
Gabès; comprise obligatory modules organized in only one six-month period.
It comprises moreover, and for the first and second years of studies, an
optional module at least chosen by the student among a list prepared by
the scientific council at the beginning of each academic year. The
institute can ensure the teaching of a certain number of the aforesaid
modules in the form of remote teaching.
